Abstract:
A plurality of magnetoresistive elements include first magnetoresistive elements (120a, 120b) and second magnetoresistive elements (130a, 130b). The rate of change in resistance of the first magnetoresistive elements (120a, 120b) is greater than the rate of change in resistance of the second magnetoresistive elements (130a, 130b). In planar view, the second magnetoresistive elements (130a, 130b) include multiple unit patterns which are arranged along an imaginary circle or an imaginary polygon and which have multiple curves and are folded back. The multiple unit patterns are connected in a direction surrounding the center of the imaginary circle or the imaginary polygon.
