Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/158900
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a magnetic sensor not susceptible to an environmental magnetic field. [Solution] The present invention is provided with magnetic detection elements MR1-MR4 positioned on a first plane P1, and a magnetic body 30A that is provided on a second plane P2. The magnetic body 30A includes first and second leg sections 41, 42, and a first main body section 51, which is positioned between the first and second leg sections 41, 42, and which forms a first space 61 between the second plane P2 and the first main body section. The magnetic detection elements MR1-MR4 are covered with the first main body section 51. According to the present invention, since the magnetic detection elements MR1-MR4 are covered with the first main body section 51, while a magnetic field to be detected is being collected to the first and second leg sections 41, 42, an environmental magnetic field to be noise can be bypassed via the first main body section 51. Consequently, influence of the environmental magnetic field can be reduced.
