Abstract:
A first conductive unit (60) includes a first base (61) and a first narrow part (62) having an outer shape area smaller than the outer shape area of the first base (61) when viewed from a direction perpendicular to an insulating layer. The first base (61) and the first narrow part (62) are provided in a direction orthogonal to the insulation layer. A member (80), configured from a material different from that of the first conductive unit (60), is provided in a region surrounded by the outer shape of the first narrow part (62) and the outer shape of the first base (61) when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the insulating layer.
