Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic sheet which is obtained by forming a high-resistance soft magnetic film on a substrate by sputtering, said film having both high resistance and good soft magnetic characteristics.
Specifically disclosed is a magnetic sheet which is obtained by forming a high-resistance soft magnetic film (6) on a resin sheet (5) by physical deposition. The magnetic sheet is characterized in that the magnetic film (6) contains an element T (for example, Fe) as the main component, an element M (for example, Zr or Al), C, Mn, Si and an element X (for example, O), with atomic ratios of C, Mn and Si being respectively within the range of more than 0% but 6% or less when the total content of the element T, C, Mn, Si and the element M is taken as 100%. The magnetic sheet is also characterized in that the film structure has an amorphous phase that contains a compound of the element M and the element X, and microcrystalline phases that are dotted in the amorphous phase and mainly composed of the element T.
