Abstract:
A magnetic storage module, an operation method therefor, a controller, and a storage system, for use in reducing a current generated after a voltage is applied to a storage unit, thereby reducing an interference current accumulated on a spin-orbit torque (SOT) electrode line, and avoiding erroneous writing. The method comprises: forming a first current in an SOT electrode line of a magnetic storage module to control a plurality of storage units to be in a high-resistance state; and when a second current is formed in the SOT electrode line, outputting a first voltage to a writing unit of the plurality of storage units or outputting a second voltage to a non-writing unit of the plurality of storage units, wherein the second current switches the plurality of storage units from the high-resistance state to a low-resistance state, the first voltage assists the second current to switch the writing unit from the high-resistance state to the low-resistance state, and the second voltage inhibits the second current from switching the non-writing unit from the high-resistance state to the low-resistance state.
