Abstract:
[Problem] To elucidate a structure of a ferromagnetic metal complex and thus provide a magnetic substance which has said structure and which exhibits ferromagnetism reliably. [Solution] A magnetic substance comprising a metal complex compound that is composed of multiple metal complex molecules, each of which has such a structure that a hetero-ring is bonded to a metal atom, wherein: the metal atom of one of the metal complex molecules is bonded to the metal atom of another thereof through an electron donor; and the metal-electron donor-metal bond angle is 130 to 160º.
