Abstract:
A magnetic suspension ball lead screw (1) pair, the inner wall of a screw hole in a working nut (2) and in a pre-tightening nut (7) both having a sensor group composed of a plurality of displacement sensors, the displacement sensors being capable of measuring a gap value between the inner wall of the screw hole and an outer wall of a lead screw (1) along the diameter direction of the screw hole, the sensor group comprising four displacement sensors distributed uniformly along the circumferential direction of the screw hole, each two displacement sensors being used in pairs and being symmetrical about the central axis of the screw hole, and the projections of the plurality of sensor groups overlapping along the axial direction of the lead screw (1); a matching excitation coil is mounted at each displacement sensor, the excitation coil being capable of attracting the lead screw (1) along the measurement direction of the matching displacement sensor, and the magnetic force of the excitation coil that attracts the lead screw (1) being adjustable in order to change the gap value, thereby making the lead screw (1) coincide with the axes of the working nut (2) and the pre-tightening nut (7).
