Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a magnetic thin film having a high magnetic anisotropy constant (Ku) and a large coercive force (Hc), and an application device including the magnetic thin film. This magnetic thin film contains a regular alloy that contains: at least one kind of first element selected from the group consisting of Fe and Ni; at least one kind of second element selected from the group consisting of Pt, Pd, Au, and Ir; and Sc.
