Abstract:
A magnetic-to-electric energy conversion device provided with a matrix (12) which includes ferromagnetic particles (10) with conductive properties, an injecting part (20) which injects carriers into the ferromagnetic particles, and a receptor (22) which receives the carriers from the ferromagnetic particles, wherein when the magnetized state of the ferromagnetic particles is reversed by magnetic tunneling due to a magnetic field, the carriers are tunneled through the ferromagnetic particles from the injecting part to the receptor.
