Abstract:
A magnetic wiping assembly capable of freely wiping without separation and used for cleaning an observation window, and a design method for the magnetic wiping assembly. An internal wiping member is used for wiping an inner surface of the observation window; an external wiping member slides on an outer surface of the observation window; the external wiping member pulls, on the outer surface of the observation window by magnetic force, the internal wiping member on the inner surface of the observation window to move following the external wiping member; the external wiping member is connected to an external handheld member; the connection strength between the external wiping member and the external handheld member is much less than the magnetic attraction strength between the external wiping member and the internal wiping member, and when the external force applied to the external handheld member is greater than the connection force between the external wiping member and the external handheld member and the action direction of the external force is opposite to that of the connection force between the external wiping member and the external handheld member, the external wiping member is separated from the external handheld member, and at the same time, the external wiping member and the internal wiping member are still not separated due to mutual magnetic attraction. The attraction and traction between the external wiping member and the internal wiping member can still be kept under the action of external force, and the situation that the external wiping member is separated from the internal wiping member due to uneven external force is avoided.
