Title:
MAGNETICALLY BALANCING GUIDED LINEAR VIBRATION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/049779
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A magnetically balancing guided linear vibration motor comprising a housing (1 and 2), an oscillator, and a stator fixedly connected with the housing (1 and 2). The oscillator comprises a counterweight (31) and a vibrating block embeddedly fixed in the counterweight (31). A pair of first balancing magnets (61a and 61b) is arranged respectively on lateral sidewalls at either extremity of the counterweight (31). Second balancing magnets (62a and 62b) corresponding to the first balancing magnets (61a and 61b) respectively are arranged at positions on the housing (1 and 2) corresponding to the extremities of the counterweight (31); also, the second balancing magnets (62a and 62b) and the corresponding first balancing magnets (61a and 61b) are attracted to each other. The vibration motor utilizes the mutually attracting magnet combinations arranged on the oscillator and the housing (1 and 2) to provide the oscillator with vibration balancing in a motor vibration space, thus overcoming the problem of wearing, distension, and balancing error brought forth by balancing a motor with mechanical means, reducing motor noise, and increasing the product quality and stability of the motor.
