Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a magnetism adjustable composite metal phthalocyanine thin film and a preparation method therefor. The metal phthalocyanine comprises transition metal phthalocyanine and rare earth metal phthalocyanine. The composite metal phthalocyanine thin film is combined by magnetic metal phthalocyanine and non-magnetic metal phthalocyanine in a thickness ratio of (9~1):(1~5). An organic coevaporation method is applied on a non-magnetic substrate so as to coevaporate the magnetic metal phthalocyanine and the non-magnetic metal phthalocyanine for preparing the composite metal phthalocyanine thin film. The thin film has a thickness of 10~100nm, the mole ratio between the non-magnetic metal phthalocyanine and the magnetic metal phthalocyanine is controlled by means of adjusting the evaporation temperature. The magnetism of the composite metal phthalocyanine thin film can be effectively adjusted by means of changing the mole ratio between the non-magnetic/magnetic metal phthalocyanine, which enables the non-magnetic metal phthalocyanine to be uniformly distributed in the magnetic metal phthalocyanine so as to effectively separate magnetic metal phthalocyanine molecules.
