Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve, in a concrete manner, suppression of magnetizing inrush electric current of a single-phase transformer by clarifying a residual magnetic flux calculation method, and to provide a magnetizing inrush current suppression device with which it is possible to calculate an instantaneous phase angle accurately even if noise and harmonics are included in a single-phase voltage, and also to determine a breaker closing operation time accurately.
[Solution] This magnetizing inrush current suppression device 30 is provided with: a transformer voltage measurement unit 1; a steady magnetic flux calculation unit 2; an effective breaking timing calculation unit 3; an effective residual magnetic flux calculation unit 4; a closing phase angle calculation unit 5; a system voltage measurement unit 6; an instantaneous phase angle calculation unit 7; a closing command output unit 8; and a breaker closing operation time calculation unit 9.
