Title:
MAGNETO-IMPEDANCE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/213003
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a magneto-impedance sensor which is capable of further improving measurement accuracy of an external magnetic field. The present invention is provided with: a magneto-impedance element (2); a detection circuit (3); a magneto-sensitive body wire (4); and a conductive layer wire (5). The magneto-impedance element (2) is provided with: a magneto-sensitive body (20); and a conductive layer (21) which is adjacent to the magneto-sensitive body (20). Current flows through the magneto-sensitive body (20) and the conductive layer (21) in opposite directions. The magneto-sensitive body wire (4) is electrically connected to the magneto-sensitive body (20), and the conductive layer wire (5) is electrically connected to the conductive layer (21). A detection coil (22) of the magneto-impedance element (2) and the detection circuit (3) are electrically connected via detection conductor wires (8(8a, 8b)). The magneto-sensitive body wire (4) and the conductive layer wire (5) are configured such that at least portions thereof are adjacent to each other, and such that current (I) flows therethrough in opposite directions.
