Title:
MAGNETORESISTIVE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/056559
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetoresistive device capable of achieving a high-frequency filter utilizing a magnetoresistive element. This magnetoresistive device comprises: a magnetoresistive element including a magnetization fixed layer, a spacer layer, and a magnetization free layer in which the direction of magnetization is changeable; a first port; a second port; a signal line; a direct current input terminal; and a capacitor. The first port and the second port are connected via the signal line. The magnetoresistive element is connected to the signal line and a ground in parallel to the second port. The direct current input terminal is connected to the signal line. A closed circuit including the magnetoresistive element, the signal line, the ground, and the direct current input terminal is formed. The magnetoresistive element is arranged such that a direct current that is input from the direct current input terminal flows through the magnetoresistive element in a direction from the magnetization fixed layer toward the magnetization free layer. The capacitor is connected between the closed circuit and the first port and/or between the closed circuit and the second port in series with the first port 1 and the second port via the signal line.
