Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetoresistive effect film (2) having a simpler structure than the conventional magnetoresistive effect films.
The magnetoresistive effect film (2) has a structure wherein a half-metallic antiferromagnetic layer (21) composed of a half-metallic antiferromagnetic body, a non-magnetic spacer layer (22) and a magnetization free layer (23), in which the magnetization direction varies, are arranged on top of each other.
