Abstract:
An anode cylinder and a permanent magnet are efficiently cooled, and the size of a cooling member is prevented from increasing while reducing the variation in the cooling properties for cooling the permanent magnet. Disclosed is a magnetron provided with: an anode cylinder; permanent magnets disposed on both ends of the anode cylinder; a magnetic yoke which stores the anode cylinder and the permanent magnets in the inside; a cooling member at least one portion of which is affixed to the anode cylinder, and which stores the anode cylinder in the inside; and a connecting unit which is disposed between the magnetic yoke and the cooling member.
