Abstract:
A magnetron oscillation device includes a magnetron (2), a launcher (4) for acquiring output power from the magnetron (2), an impedance generator (5) having one end connected to the output terminal of the launcher (4), and a reference signal supply unit (6) connected to the other end of the impedance generator (5). The reference signal supply unit (6) supplies a reference signal having a lower power than the output of the magnetron (2) and stable frequency to the magnetron (2). The magnetron (2) has oscillation frequency fixed to the frequency of the reference signal by receiving the reference signal. The impedance generator (5) can reduce the variation width of the oscillation frequency of the magnetron (2) by adjusting the load impedance of the magnetron (2). Thus, it is possible to realize the magnetron oscillation device (1) having stable frequency not varied even when the output power is varied.
