Abstract:
A main shaft motor component of hard disc with composite coating layer and a composite coating method thereof .The main shaft motor component of hard disc includes a motor component substrate (1) and the composite coating layer which is coated on the substrate (1). The composite coating layer consists of an electrophoretic coating layer(2) and a spraying coating layer(3) . The composite coating method includes a step of coating the electrophoretic coating layer (2) on the surface of the motor component substrate (1) and coating the spraying coating layer (3) on the electrophoretic coating layer (2), wherein the weight percent of tin in the electrophoretic coating layer (2) is between 60 ppm to 300 ppm and the weight percent of tin in the spraying coating layer (3) is no more than 50 ppm .
