A main shaft oil-gas lubrication structure, a main shaft and a machine tool, comprising: a machine body (1); a shaft core (2), supporting the machine body (1) by means of a bearing (5); a bearing oil jet separator (3), fitted on the machine body (1), wherein the outer circular surface of the bearing oil jet separator (3) is in contact with the machine body (1), the outer circular surface of the bearing oil jet separator (3) is provided with an oil inlet ring groove (31) and an oil return ring groove (32), the machine body (1) is provided with an oil inlet channel (11) that is in communication with the oil inlet ring groove (31) and an oil return channel (12) that is in communication with the oil return ring groove (32), and the bearing oil jet separator (3) is provided with multiple oil injection nozzles (33) guided by the oil inlet ring groove (31) toward the bearing (5); an oil absorbing assembly (4), comprising an oil absorbing device (41) , wherein the oil absorbing device (41) is provided with an oil drain hole (42) and a vent hole (43), the vent hole (43) intersects with the oil drain hole (42) at an angle, the oil drain hole (42) is in communication with the oil return channel (12) by means of an oil outlet pipe (44), and the vent hole (43) is connected to an air inlet pipe (45).
