Abstract:
The invention relates to a main structure for an exercise machine used for performing strength training exercises on a lever arm about an exercise machine shaft, said main structure comprising a source of resistance for applying an operating resistance to the exercise machine shaft; the source of resistance includes a drive assembly comprising driving components, and a control unit comprising controlling components, the drive assembly and the control unit being spaced apart from each other. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing an exercise machine main structure.
