Abstract:
A maintenance assistance device (20) for assisting a worker (40) in maintenance of a plant (10), said maintenance assistance device being equipped with: a determination unit (24) that determines the operational state of a machine being maintained; a countermeasure selection unit (25) that, on the basis of the determination result, selects a candidate countermeasure for the machine being maintained; a communication unit (21) that is capable of transmitting an alert regarding the machine being maintained and the candidate countermeasure to the terminal of the worker (40), and receiving maintenance work data pertaining to maintenance work performed by the worker (40); a storage unit (22) that accumulates and saves the received maintenance work data; and a learning level analysis unit (27) that analyzes the learning level of the worker (40) on the basis of the accumulated maintenance work data.
