Abstract:
Provided is a maintenance assistance device (20), comprising: an assessment unit (24) which assesses an operating state of a device to be maintained; a response selection unit (25) which selects candidate responses for the device to be maintained, on the basis of the result of the assessment by the assessment unit (24) and a correspondence table which associates each assessment result with a plurality of candidate responses; a communication unit which transmits an alert and the candidate responses to a terminal which is used by an operator (40), and which is capable of receiving maintenance work data which indicates which of the candidate responses formed the basis for the maintenance work which was carried out; a storage unit (22) which accumulates and stores the maintenance work data in association with the post-maintenance operating state of the device to be maintained; and a maintenance work analysis unit (27) which, on the basis of the maintenance work data and the post-maintenance operating state of the device to be maintained, analyzes the degrees of effectiveness of the maintenance work with regard to each of the candidate responses, and revises the correspondence table on the basis of said degrees of effectiveness.
