Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of distribution cabinets. Disclosed is a maintenance-free distribution cabinet, comprising a cabinet body, a cabinet door, and a cabinet top. A heat-dissipating fan is disposed on the inner side of the cabinet top; first insulating blocks are symmetrically mounted on the inner walls of the cabinet body; second insulating blocks are provided on the cabinet door; wires are provided between both first insulating blocks and a terminal of the heat-dissipating fan; conductive blocks are mounted on the first insulating blocks and the second insulating blocks; and a temperature sensing device is disposed above one insulating block. In the maintenance-free distribution cabinet, when electrical components in the cabinet work for a long time, the temperature in the cabinet body is increased, mercury in a housing is heated to expand, the expanded mercury pushes a conductive rod to contact with wires on two ends to make the wires form a closed circuit so as to enable the heat-dissipating fan to start working, such that when the temperature in the distribution cabinet reaches a certain degree, the temperature sensing device can automatically contact with the wires to make the wires form a closed circuit so as to enable the heat-dissipating fan to work, and solves the problems of electricity wastage and additional heat generation due to continuous heat dissipation operation of the heat-dissipating fan.
