Abstract:
A maintenance-free self-lubricating plain bearing having an internal oil storage groove, comprising an inner sleeve component (10), an outer sleeve component (20) sleeved on the inner sleeve component (10), and at least one oil storage groove (30) formed between the inner sleeve component (10) and the outer sleeve component (20). The inner sleeve component (10) comprises a shaft sleeve body (11), a plurality of inlay holes (12) provided on the shaft sleeve body (11), and a plurality of solid self-lubricating cylindrical particles (13) respectively inlaid in the inlay holes (12). The oil storage groove (30) is communicated with the inlay holes (12), the oil storage groove (30) is used for storing lubricating oil and transporting the lubricating oil to the solid self-lubricating cylindrical particles (13), and the solid self-lubricating cylindrical particles (13) contain a large number of micropores for adsorbing the lubricating oil. The maintenance-free self-lubricating plain bearing can improve the lubrication effect between the bearing and a rotating shaft, reduce frictional resistance, reduce the wear between the bearing and the rotating shaft, and provision of lubrication to the bearing is kept within the service life of the self-lubricating plain bearing, so that the self-lubricating plain bearing is free from maintenance, thereby reducing equipment maintenance costs.
