Abstract:
Provided is a maintenance and inspection assisting system with which it is possible to suppress any increase in the work load of a maintenance worker that corresponds to alarm activation, irrespective of an explicit operation of the maintenance worker for issuing notification of the work time of maintenance and inspection work. A maintenance and inspection assisting system (1), wherein a monitoring unit (8) recognizes alarm activation accepted during a work time as alarm activation in maintenance and inspection work. The work time is a span of time until a work complete notice is accepted after a work notice is accepted. A work management unit (9) stores the inspection result of maintenance and inspection work. An inspection result is inputted through a maintenance terminal (7) by being selected, from among a plurality of determination results for each of a plurality of inspection items, by a maintenance worker (2) performing maintenance and inspection work. The maintenance terminal (7) outputs a work notice to the monitoring unit (8) when connected to a work management unit (9). The maintenance terminal (7) outputs a work complete notice to the monitoring unit (8) when disconnected from the work management unit (9).
