Abstract:
Provided are: a maintenance liquid having a high member suitability with respect to members constituting an ink flow path, and having excellent cleaning properties; a maintenance liquid having excellent moisture retaining properties in a plastic accommodating body and a plastic supply body of an inkjet recording device; and a maintenance liquid having high member suitability with respect to a resin cured product, and having excellent cleaning properties. This maintenance liquid for use in an inkjet recording device contains an organic solvent, wherein the moisture content of the maintenance liquid is at most equal to 5% by mass of the total amount of the maintenance liquid, and the organic solvent contains at least one of an amide-based solvent and a lactone-based solvent. Further, the maintenance liquid for use in an inkjet recording device contains an organic solvent A2, wherein the organic solvent A2 has a boiling point of 250° or lower and a volatilization rate, upon volatilization by means of the storage test described below, of 15% by mass or less. Further, the maintenance liquid for use in an inkjet recording device provided with an inkjet head including a resin cured product, as a component member, contains an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent contains the following organic solvent A3. Organic solvent A3: At least one solvent selected from the group comprising alkylamide-based solvents (a1), cyclic amide-based solvents (a2), and lactone-based solvents (a3)
