Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a maintenance management device, system, method, and program with which it is possible to predict the occurrence of an incident. A maintenance management device (11) according to the present disclosure is provided with: a storage unit (112) for storing a log identifier for identifying log information and time information pertaining to the log information in association; and an analysis unit (113) for creating a log sequence in which a plurality of log identifiers are aggregated on the basis of the time information, calculating a sequence time from a difference between the start time and end time of the log sequence, and grouping into a sequence group in which the log sequence and the sequence time are associated. When the sequence group does not match a preregistered normal sequence group and abnormal sequence group, the analysis unit (113) calculates an anticipated incident occurrence time on the basis of one among preregistered incident symptom groups that has the highest rate of fit with the sequence group.
