Abstract:
This maintenance management system comprises a monitoring device for monitoring an elevator on the basis of monitoring data, and a management server that is connected to the monitoring device via a network. The monitoring device transmits a trigger notification to the management server when a symptom of a fault in the elevator is included in the monitoring data. When the trigger notification is received from the monitoring device, a processor of the management server executes: a generation process for generating, for a crew member of the elevator, a confirmation message for confirming the cause of the symptom of the fault by using the trigger notification and a maintenance database; a transmission process for transmitting a confirmation message to the crew member; a reception process for receiving a crew member response message to the confirmation message; and an assessment process for assessing, on the basis of the response message, whether it is necessary to mobilize maintenance personnel to the site.
