Abstract:
A maintenance support system (1) is equipped with a control device (40) for controlling an electrical device (50) installed in a residence, a remote maintenance terminal (10) for communicating with the control device (40), and a user terminal (20). The remote maintenance terminal (10) communicates with the control device (40) via a server device (30) and a WAN (60). The user terminal (20) communicates with the remote maintenance terminal (10) via the server device (30) and the WAN (60). The remote maintenance terminal (10) and the user terminal (20) control the control device (40), and determine whether an abnormality exists in the control device (40) and electrical device (50).
