Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a maintenance system for a clinical chemical analysis device with which it is easy for a user to make, at a suitable timing, a reservation with maintenance personnel for maintenance. [Solution] This maintenance system for a clinical chemical analysis device comprises a server device and/or at least one terminal device for maintenance personnel configured so as to be able to communicate bidirectionally with a clinical chemical analysis device via a network. The clinical chemical analysis device comprises a reservation means having a reservation button for transmitting maintenance request information specifying a time and date. The reservation means is configured so as to automatically generate a reservation e-mail including at least the maintenance request information and identification information for the corresponding clinical chemical analysis device when the reservation button is pressed, and transmit the reservation e-mail to the server device and/or at least one terminal device for maintenance personnel via the network.
