Abstract:
The present invention provides a maintenance work management device with which it is possible to prevent an unexecuted item of work from being mistakenly recorded as having been executed. A maintenance work management device 3 is provided with: a work structure data acquisition unit 7 for acquiring work structure data that hierarchically indicates inspection objects in building facility maintenance work so that these objects are represented by a high-order inspection object and a low-order inspection object that is included in the high-order inspection object; a determination method data acquisition unit 10 for acquiring determination method data that indicates a determination method for determining whether a work item has been executed or not; and a validity determination unit 13 for determining the validity of information that indicates that a work item has been executed. When the determination method for a work item is not included in the determination method data, the validity determination unit 13 determines the validity of information that indicates that a work item has been executed, in accordance with a determination method for other work items for inspection objects which are included in an inspection object above the inspection object that corresponds to the work item and which belong to the lowermost hierarchy in the work structure data.
