The present invention relates to a maintenance work platform of a wind power generator, comprising: a tower work plate provided to be spaced from the outer circumference of the wind power generator tower so as to rise along the longitudinal direction of the tower, and onto which a user boards; a roller provided between the tower work plate and the tower; and an operation part comprising a variable support, which supports the roller such that the roller comes into close contact with the outer circumference of the tower, and has a variable length. According to the present invention, the maintenance work platform of a wind power generator can be boarded by the user, when provided to the tower, and can be lifted, thereby improving the stability and work efficiency of the user by lessening the influence of wind or the environment thereon. In addition, the position of a maintenance device can be adjusted according to the position of a blade in a state in which the blade is stopped, such that the blade and the tower can be maintained, thereby allowing work efficiency to be improved.
