Abstract:

The present invention relates to a makeup evaluation system which evaluates the makeup on a face included in an image and an operation method thereof, and may comprise: a mobile terminal which captures a facial image and transmits the captured facial image to the makeup server; and a makeup server which stores makeup score data and, when the server receives the facial image from the mobile terminal, detects at least one facial area in the facial image, calculates a makeup score for each facial area detected on the basis of the makeup score data and transmits the calculated makeup score to the mobile terminal.
