Abstract:
This male terminal (10) is provided with: a circular cylindrical male-side body (20) extending in a front-rear direction; and a spherical section (30) protruding forward from the front end of the male-side body (20). The spherical section (30) comprises a plurality of tongue pieces (32) protruding forward from the front end of the male-side body (20). The plurality of tongue pieces (32) are tapered toward the tips thereof and are spherically curved inward. A slit (34) between an adjacent pair of tongue pieces (32) is contained in the spherical section (30).
