Abstract:
Provided is a male urinary incontinence prevention tool which is safe and hygienic, and can be easily and properly worn while preventing any skin pinching. This male urinary incontinence prevention tool 1 includes: an annular part 10 which has a belt-like member 11 having a portion formed in an annular shape; a urethra pressing projection 20 which is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the annular part and presses a urethra 101; and an adjustment mechanism 40 for adjusting the diameter of the annular part. The male urinary incontinence prevention tool 1 further includes a pinching prevention member 50 which has a hole 51 for passing the belt-like member therethrough and which prevents the skin of a penis 100 from being pinched by the adjustment mechanism by being positioned between the penis and the adjustment mechanism.
