Abstract:
A malfunction prediction system 1 is provided with: an operation data acquisition unit 201 for acquiring operation data about a hydraulic shovel 10; an inspection data acquisition unit 202 for acquiring inspection data about the hydraulic shovel 10; a parts replacement/repair data acquisition unit 203 for acquiring parts replacement/repair data about the hydraulic shovel 10; and a malfunction prediction unit 205 for predicting a malfunction probability for each region of the hydraulic shovel 10, on the basis of the operation data acquired by the operation data acquisition unit 201, the inspection data acquired by the inspection data acquisition unit 202, and the parts replacement data acquired by the parts replacement/repair data acquisition unit 203.
