Abstract:
This mammalian sperm preparation method includes: culturing of mammalian sperm in a medium that contains TLR7 ligand and that has a pH of 7.7-7.9; inducing the acrosomal reaction of Y chromosome-containing sperm; and obtaining a sperm group that is rich with X chromosome-containing sperm and that retains acrosome. This sperm group is used for artificial insemination and in-vitro fertilization for selective male production.
