Abstract:
This management apparatus for a facility having a plurality of sections includes a storage device that stores history data about either event of failure and maintenance in the facility and sensor data output from a plurality of sensors provided in the facility, and a processing device configured to execute generation processing for generating management screen information for displaying a management screen of the facility on a display device on the basis of the history data and the sensor data. The management screen includes a layout screen area showing arrangement of the plurality of sections of the facility, a plurality of state display portions generated from the sensor data and displayed within the layout screen area, and a plurality of history display portions generated from the history data and displayed within the layout screen area. The plurality of state display portions are displayed at positions within the layout screen area that correspond to the plurality of sensors provided in the facility. The plurality of history display portions are displayed at positions within the layout screen area that correspond to sections where the event occurred among the plurality of sections.
