Abstract:
An extraction unit (11) compares electronic mail received by a customer (C) with a pattern to extract history information of the customer (C). A search unit (12) searches a shop that sells a commodity recorded in the extracted history information (first history information) at the lowest price. A presentation unit (13) presents sales information based on a search result and the first history information to the customer (C), and highlights and presents, when a sales price included in the sales information is lower than a purchase price included in the first history information, the sales information to the customer (C). An acquisition unit (14) acquires history information (second history information) that is history information extracted from an electronic mail received by the customer (C) after the sales information has been highlighted and presented and that has record therein a commodity in common with that in the first history information. A warning unit (15) warns that the pattern should be checked when a purchase price included in the second history information exceeds the sales price included in the highlighted sales information.
