Abstract:
In the present invention, when autonomous vehicles and manned vehicles are being driven together, the manned vehicles are prevented from coming near the autonomous vehicles during travel. A management control system for performing, via a wireless communication line (40), traffic control of a manned vehicle (130) traveling according to the driving operations of a driver on one lane of a plurality of lanes (146, 147) provided parallel within a mine, and a management control device (31) for performing traffic control of the manned vehicle (130), wherein: the management control device (31) is provided with a travel permission section setting unit (322) for setting one section of the travel lane of the manned vehicle (130) as a first travel permission section (131) in which only the manned vehicle is permitted to travel, an other-lane travel permission section (323) in which a section including at least part of a section parallel to the first travel permission section (131) of the lane adjacent to the travel lane of the manned vehicle (130) is set as an other-lane travel permission section (137) in which only the manned vehicle (130) is permitted to travel, and a management-side communication control unit (310); the manned vehicle (130) being provided with a command input reception unit (140) for receiving operations for requesting setting the other-lane travel permission section to the lane adjacent to the travel lane; a display unit (145) for displaying the other-lane travel permission section on a screen; and a terminal-side communication control unit (250).
