Abstract:
Provided is a management device for granting identification information to an on-vehicle device connected to an on-vehicle network, the management device comprising: a reception unit that receives a request frame for identification information grant including a specific ID of an on-vehicle device, from the on-vehicle device; a generation unit that generates a response frame including identification information allocated to the request frame received by the reception unit; and a transmission unit that transmits the response frame generated by the generation unit to the on-vehicle device of the transmission source of the request frame.
