Abstract:
An item acquisition unit 120 acquires a list that has, as items to be diagnosed, a plurality of finished materials and equipment in a structure to be managed. A service life acquisition unit 121 acquires the service life for each item to be diagnosed and associates same with the item to be diagnosed. An update time acquisition unit 122 acquires one or more diagnosis times that are determined as the timing at which to diagnose the items to be diagnosed. An item selecting unit 123 selects an item to be diagnosed during each diagnosis time on the basis of the service life. A diagnosis list generating unit 124 generates a diagnosis list that describes the items to be diagnosed during the diagnosis time on the basis of the service life associated with each item to be diagnosed. An item updating unit 126 acquires the diagnosis results or repair results for the item to be diagnosed and updates the service life associated with each item to be diagnosed.
