Abstract:
A management device that controls an interrupting means provided between an electric power source and each of a plurality of receptacles, the management device including: a monitor means that on the basis of a difference between supplied power of the electric power source and power consumption of a load connected to each of the plurality of receptacles, determines whether each receptacle is in insufficient power supply status; a determination means that determines priority of the plurality of receptacles; and a control means that brings the interrupting means associated with the receptacle with low priority based on the determination result by the determination means into a shut-off status, if the receptacle is determined by the monitor means to be in the insufficient power supply status.
