Abstract:
Provided is a management device for a plurality of air conditioning devices that is capable of improving accuracy in predicting the amount of power consumption and stably acceding to requests from a power-supplying entity to adjust the amount of power consumption. A control unit (31) of an aggregator (3) acquires output level history information (44c) from a controller (4) of each consumer, and finds a reference output level (OS) which is a reference for total output levels in respective predetermined periods of an air conditioning device (5) of each consumer. Further, the control unit (31): finds a range of variation in output level (from OL to OH) which is a range including said reference output level (OS) and which is an output level range in which equal to or higher than a predetermined percentage of air conditioning devices are concentrated within the distribution of the total output levels in the respective predetermined periods of the air conditioning devices (5) of the respective consumers; and finds a prediction value of the range of variation in the amount of power consumption on the basis of said range of variation in output level (from OL to OH).
