Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a management server capable of changing a condition corresponding to a delay requirement in response to a change in wireless communication environment. This management server (10) is provided with: an update unit (11) which uses a delay in end-to-end flow and an allowable delay associated with the end-to-end flow to update either an uplink allowable delay associated with an uplink flow to be transmitted from a communication terminal as a transmission source to the application server or a downlink allowable delay associated with a downlink flow to be transmitted from the application server to a communication terminal as a transmission destination; and a communication unit (12) which transmits the updated uplink allowable delay or downlink allowable delay to a wireless access node which performs resource scheduling using the uplink allowable delay or downlink allowable delay.
