Abstract:
This management server for a work machine is provided with: a reception unit that receives sensor output from the work machine; a periodic report production unit that, every predetermined period, produces a periodic report representing the operational state of the work machine during the predetermined period on the basis of the sensor output; an emergency report production unit that produces at least one emergency report when anomalous data is detected representing an anomaly in the work machine on the basis of the sensor output; an important report production unit that produces an important report when predictive data is detected representing pre-indications of an anomaly on the basis of the sensor data; and a distribution unit that distributes the periodic report and at least one emergency report and important report to a respectively pre-set periodic report distribution destination, emergency report distribution destination, and important report distribution destination.
