Abstract:
The present invention performs a process for switching between supply source servers for supplying a service to a movable body, at a timing appropriate for the supplied service. A management system (1) or management device comprises: an assessment unit (1a) for assessing the degree of influence, on a service to a movable body, of a server switching process for switching between supply source servers for supplying the service. The management system (1) or management device comprises: a determination unit (1b) for determining a timing of switching between the supply source servers on the basis of an assessment result of the assessment unit (1a); and an instruction unit (1c) for issuing an instruction to switch between the supply source servers at a timing determined by the determination unit (1b).
