Abstract:
A management system for a fire extinguisher to which one set of passive type radio-frequency ID (RFID) tags are attached, the management system being provided with: a read device for reading out tag information stored in each of the RFID tags; a state determination unit for determining that the fire extinguisher is in a normal state when the tag information satisfies the predetermined relationship of a set, and that the fire extinguisher is in an abnormal state when the tag information does not satisfy the same; a work item search unit for searching for and acquiring a work item for the maintenance of the fire extinguisher on the basis of the tag information; a management information registration unit to which the result of the work performed on the basis of the work item is inputted; and a database in which the inputted work result is registered by the management information registration unit. For a fire extinguisher that is determined to be in an abnormal state by the state determination unit, replacement of the set of RFID tags is included in the work item.
