Abstract:
This management system is provided with: an operation terminal that remotely operates a device; and a control apparatus that receives an access request from the operation terminal, and transmits a request command to the device in response to the received access request. The operation terminal has a user interface through a user is notified of information specifying the expiration timing of a response waiting timer, and the response waiting timer is a timer that defines the transmission interval or the reception interval of the request commands.
